Upper School
Upper School (7th-12th)
The years your child spends in high school can truly be a transformative experiment. They enter the halls of 7th grade curious pre-teens and graduate as confident young adults. Our goal at Faith Christian school is to ultimately come alongside you as parents and help equip our students for college, life, and eternity.
Here at Faith, we value challenging academics and intentional college prep, but also want to reinforce the Biblical values you’ve been instilling in your child at home. We want to help students develop a Biblical worldview and strengthen their relationships with Christ so that they are equipped to navigate a complex and changing world in college and beyond.
To get the best feel for our program and all we have to offer, we encourage you to schedule a tour to come meet us!

Our Upper School students at Faith Christian benefit from:
Small class sizes — We work with our teachers to find the optimal class size for each course, allowing teachers the capacity to provide individualized attention while still creating a meaningful environment for discussion and group work.
Academic tracks — We offer dual-enrollment (early college) opportunities, an Advanced diploma, and an Advanced with Honors diploma, so that each student may tailor their education to their future goals.
Grade-specific counseling — As your student moves from his or her freshman year to senior year, he or she will be counseled to explore different career fields, identify college goals and options, and create an academic plan with appropriate rigor to meet these goals.
Fine Arts – Our upper school students will have the opportunity to choose from one of our Fine Art courses: Choral Music, Art, Speech/Drama
Spiritual Life – Our Upper School students continue learning about God’s Word all the way through high school. They also have chapel (rotating weekly between 7th-9th grade and 10th-12th grade) every week designed to help foster and grow their relationship with Christ through music, prayer, teaching from community leaders, and fellowship. Our Upper School students also have the opportunity to participate in community service projects in an effort to follow Jesus’ example of servant leadership.
Athletics – Faith Christian is proud to offer multiple opportunities for our male and female athletes. For more information on our athletic program, head over to our athletics page.Â
Extended Schedule – We understand families need options. Our upper school operates on a 7:20am – 3:05pm schedule, with early care (free of charge) starting at 6:00am. After school care (Aftercare), is available for both Upper and Lower School students for an additional cost. For more information regarding Aftercare, please contact Mandy Henderson in the school office at 256.236.4499.
